4th CLOSE ENCOUNTERS WITH THE PREHISTORIC MAN

With Alfio Tomaselli Close encounters with the prehistoric man, we re-present the theme of the primal discoveries of the human knowledge, essential for civilization’s development.

In three days the participant will have the opportunity to recover even the gesture of our ancestors and know certain aspects of the prehistoric technology, fundamental for surviving, in a interactive and ludic way.

The teaching labs consists indeed in reconstructing materials, items, strategy and procedures used in prehistory by teaching courses taken from Experimental Archeology, which represent the most valuable teaching tool and the most efficient for divulgation and awareness to archaeological themes.

The practical side supports, enrich and reinforce the teorical side, making the difficulties more comprehensible and more usable: the complementarity of both approaches consent to tell prehistory in a more efficient way possible for leading all the participant in a fascinating trip back in time.
