AGRIGENTO ARKEOPARK

The lab introduces you to the knowledge of restoration techniques through a simple language, coherent, anyway, with the scientific criterion, through a multimedial presentation on the ceramic artifacts, on the concept of conservative restoration and its methods and techniques (materials and tools).

 

The active involvement of participants through the possibility to perform a restoration from shards is also provided.

 

We recommend combining this lab with a guided tour of Hellenistic-Roman quarter or the Regional Archaeological Museum of Agrigento.
