Monday
Morning: Visit to the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento.
We will visit the Temple of Juno, the Temple of Concordia, of Hercules, the ruins of the Temple of Zeus, Castor and Pollux ...
a journey in mythology and curiosity!
We will walk along the sacred hill among almond trees, agave plants, prickly pears and Saracens olive trees. This is a place with a breathtaking view: a combination of antiquity, nature and good feelings.
Lunch: picnic with typical Sicilian products in the picnic area at Kolymbetra.
Afternoon: Visit to Garden of Kolymbetra, nestled among the orange groves of the Eden of the ancient Akragas, where the water still flows from the Feacei ducts.
Tuesday
Morning: Excursion to Palma di Montechiaro on the places described in "The Leopard", the Mother Church of the convent of the Benedictine, visit to the Ducal Palace and then to Chiaramonte Castle.
Lunch: food tasting at Palma di Montechiaro.
Afternoon: Pottery lab organized by Agrigento Arkeopark: “Creating with soil”.
A laboratory for experimenting with manufacturing techniques of ceramic artifacts: lamps, an oscillum, loom weights or vases..
Wednesday
Morning: Guided tour to the historical center of Agrigento.

A journey through the quarters of the Old Girgenti, we will discover the popular districts, the narrow streets with drying laundry, medieval monasteries, baroque churches, the elegant Via Atenea with noble palaces, fashionable shops and the Theatre "Luigi Pirandello".

Lunch: A journey in the search of flavors with tasting of the typical Sicilian products, the sweet couscous of the Sisters of the Holy Spirit, the grattatella, cannoli, almond curls in the best bars in town.

Afternoon: Visit to birthplace of Luigi Pirandello, “ the Caos”.
Thursday
Morning: Visit of Racalmuto.
Characteristic town that gave birth to the writer Leonardo Sciascia.
We will walk in the historical center discovering Chiaramonte Castle, the Church of the Madonna del Monte, the circle of sulfur miners, the center and the fountain 7 Cannoli.
We will taste Racalmuto's taralli in a local bar, which are the typical biscuits of the area.

Friday
Morning: Visit to Hellenistic-Roman Quarier, Roman Forum and Archaeological Museum of Agrigento.
Lunch
Afternoon: Mosaic lab organized by Agrigento Arkeopark: “The workshop of the Master Mosaicist”: l’opus tessellatum.
Saturday
Morning: Visit of Porto Empedocle.
We will visit the Carlo V Tower and the Port. We will walk in the center of Vigàta until Salita Granet and Coffee Vigàta referenced in theworks of Andrea Camilleri where Inspector Montalbano novels are set.

Afternoon: Excursion to the Scala dei Turchi.
Breathtaking view and sunset dinner overlooking the Scala dei Turchi.
Sunday
Morning: Visit to Farm Cultural Park, in Favara, the birthplace of Antonio Russello.
Afternoon: Weaving lab organized by Agrigento Arkeopark: "Penelope... weaving history": the greek frame.
Dinner with musical and folkloristic entertainment.
Monday
Greetings and transfer to the airport.
